Livin  Room is a new and exciting product in our conservatory range – half way between an Orangery and a traditional conservatory. Livin Room can be fitted to any Ultraframe Classic Roof and you do not have to have full height walls; the Livin room will sit equally as well on top of glass frames, either on a dwarf wall or floor to ceiling glass.

The internal steel work ladder structure is assembled around the Ultraframe Classic roof. All electric conduits are hidden and you are left with a plastered product which can extend into the room from 300mm to 1200mm.

The best part is that you can have an internal pelmet which can incorporate LED down lights. Down lighting is a fantastic way to get light into the room after dark, extending the usage hours for the room.

What makes Livin room so popular is that you are not buying a conservatory but a glazed extension. The pelmet reduces the amount of solar glare, by giving you less glass area. This also works by giving you more insulation in the colder times of the year.

Livin Room is available on Victorian, Georgian, Lean-to and Gables styles, but it is also suitable for use with box gutters, which means we can work with you to create almost any design you desire. The final finishing touch is the Aluminium Cornice guttering which transforms the roof into a traditional orangery.
