FluentSMTP routes outgoing emails from our WordPress site through a configured mail server. It processes your contact details only to the extent necessary to deliver the email notification to us. It does not store or use your data for any other purpose.
Your enquiry data is used solely to respond to your request. Contact form submissions are retained for 3 years from date of submission, after which they are securely deleted.
