Our website makes PDF documents (such as product specifications, brochures, or project portfolios) freely available for download. No personal data is required or collected to access or download these files. We do not track individual PDF downloads in a way that identifies you personally.

Google Analytics may record that a PDF download link was clicked as part of general website usage statistics, but this is recorded anonymously and cannot be linked to an individual.

    7. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are most visited, how visitors find us, and how they navigate the site. This helps us improve the content and performance of greenglaze.co.uk.

    Key privacy protections in place:

    • IP anonymisation is enabled by default in GA4 — full IP addresses are never stored
    • Google Analytics only activates after you have given your consent via our Complianz cookie banner
    • Google Signals is disabled — no cross-device or advertising audience tracking
    • We have accepted the Google Ads Data Processing Terms

GA4 data is retained for 26 months. Google LLC is US-based; transfers are covered by the UK-US Data Bridge. Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Our website is hosted by SiteGround (SiteGround Spain S.L.), which processes technical data including IP addresses as part of hosting and security services. SiteGround acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
